CiCi Blumstein
CiCi Blumstein is a filmmaker, choreographer, installation & performance artist. Born in Germany, she has been based in the UK since 1989. She is co-founder / director of public art group Involuntary Park, and a member of Movement 12 independent dance artists & curators.
